About the Teacher
In 2010, Bri went to Rishikesh, India to complete her Teacher’s Training in Sivananda Yoga. She has taught classes at both Inner Path in Nevada City and Yoga Well in Grass Valley, and is now focusing on private yoga lessons for individuals, couples or families.

What is Sivananda Yoga?
Sivananda is a traditional Hatha style yoga composed of 12 basic postures. Each session begins with a chant, pranyama, Sun Salutions, and then a series on asanas based on the 12 poses listed below. Classes are offered in beginners format, but I am also willing to work with intermediate students who wish to deepen their practice.
